If you are looking for an authentic Pilates Reformer class led by experienced Pilates professionals, you've come to the right place! Using the traditional wooden Balanced Body® Pilates Reformers, our staff of outstanding trainers guide you through a challenging sequence of movements designed to make you feel longer and stronger and better connected into your body. Each class offers a blend of contemporary and classical Pilates exercises to help you move and feel your best!
To ensure the greatest level of individual attention, we invite a maximum of five clients to join each class. Our trainers focus on quality over quantity and provide detailed, engaging cues to ensure you get the most out of every movement.
LEVEL 1/2 PILATES REFORMER
This is a great Pilates Reformer class for beginning to intermediate clients who prefer a relaxed pace while still feeling challenged. In each class, we focus on core strength, improved joint function, postural alignment, muscle strength, and overall flexibility.
Experience is required prior to joining this class. We do recommend taking a few private sessions first, to familiarize yourself with the Pilates machines and movement.
LEVEL 2 PILATES REFORMER
This upbeat Pilates Reformer class is designed for intermediate to advanced clients with previous Pilates Reformer experience. In each class, clients enjoy intermediate to advanced level Pilates movement, while maintaining a focus on mindful, well-organized biomechanics.

GYROTONIC® METHOD GROUP CLASSESONLINE REGISTRATION
We are excited to offer group classes (max. 4 per class) in this amazing modality! With a unique ability to lengthen, strengthen and expand your body, Gyrotonic® guides clients through a luxurious series of spiraling, undulating and circular sequences. Using the Gyrotonic® Tower, clients experience flowing movement that elongates and tones the body while improving joint mobility and posture.
What’s the difference between Gyrotonic® & Pilates?
Each modality has a similar intention; to facilitate improved joint function, postural alignment, muscle strength, and overall flexibility. The difference lies in the machines that are used and the approach to movement. Pilates movement is often described as linear, with much of the movement taking place on the transverse (front to back) and coronal planes (side to side). Gyrotonic® offers the body increased opportunity for circular, undulating and spiraling movement. When both modalities are practiced on a regular basis, we are giving our bodies the opportunity to move with ease in every direction.
