Her focused interest in Pilates grew as a desire to keep her body strong through intentional movement and a healthy lifestyle and has since helped her gain strength and rehabilitate from pregnancies and birthing. Sarah aspires to help others build integrated strength and flexibility and connect deeper physically and mentally. She creates a welcoming and enjoyable environment for people to experience both physical challenge and stress relief.
